Applicants in the 2nd round of the Youth Future Savings Account program whose preliminary screening results differ from their expectations may have an opportunity to provide supporting explanations during the appeal period tentatively scheduled from 2026-11-02 through 5. Preliminary screening results are expected to be announced between October 30 and November 2, and both schedules remain tentative.

As of 2026-10-17, the Financial Services Commission has announced an opportunity to appeal and a tentative appeal period, but the actual application interface and detailed submission procedures still need to be confirmed.
When Will Preliminary Screening Results Be Announced, and When Can Applicants Appeal?
Preliminary screening results for the 2nd round of the Youth Future Savings Account program are expected to be announced between October 30 and November 2. After comparing their selected enrollment category with the screening results, applicants who disagree with the outcome may submit supporting explanations during the period tentatively scheduled for November 2–5.
The schedule reiterated by the Financial Services Commission on October 15 remains unchanged from the original plan.

| 2nd Round Enrollment Applications | Closed on October 7–16 |
| Enrollment and Income Screening | October 19–November 13 |
| Preliminary Screening Results Announcement | October 30–November 2 (tentative) |
| Appeals | November 2–5 (tentative) |
| Final Enrollment Screening Results | Expected November 12–13 |

The preliminary screening results announcement period and the appeal period overlap on November 2. Therefore, applicants who receive their results should check both the actual opening date for appeal submissions and the submission deadline, including the closing time.
The screening schedule may change depending on the number of applicants and the progress of the review process. In particular, November 5 is the currently announced tentative deadline, not a final deadline that cannot be changed.
